Refund/Store Policy

Sweet Pure Honey is our family run farm.  We the beekeepers and business owners make all products in our production house fresh to order. If you are not satisfied with your Sweet Pure Honey purchase, please contact us by email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or phone 306.278.3028 and we will correct your order. We always compensate our clients accordingly, we will make it right!  You may request a replacement within 10 days of the shipping receipt after receiving your product. We hand pack our raw honey once a year during honey flow season in July.  In the event our honey has sold out, you will be compensated with your choice of Sweet Pure Honey products.

Fresh hand poured balms, cosmetics, and soap deliveries in Canada take on average 30 days to arrive. Deliveries to other countries may take longer.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We select Canada Post shipping method which provides the most economical and speedy delivery. Please note that clients outside Canada shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.

US and international clients placing honey orders will have to pay an extra $20.00 fee for Sweet Pure Honey contractors preparing prior notice paper work and custom forms required to ship honey internationally.

The Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002 (Bioterrorism Act or BTA), Public Law 107-188, established the requirement that food items, imported for commercial use, be properly reported to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration prior to arrival of those items in the United States.
